Today we announce to launch the new dedicated support portal for our services. This support portal is based on "Smart Track"
SmarterTrack is a powerful helpdesk built for tracking, managing, and reporting on customer service and communications, including sales and support issues. Cloud2SME will manage employees and communications using a Web browser on any desktop, tablet or mobile device.
This portal will help us to server our customer more quick & efficient way. There are multiple ways from which you may raise the support tickets. You need to register yourself if you are not a registered customer with us, otherwise you will get pre-configured account to access the support portal.
Customer can log ticket either by login into portal or even by simple email written from its mailbox to email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Automatically a support ticket will be created. We wish in future also we continue to leverage the channels exist between our esteemed customers.
The coud2sme team is pleasure to work with. I was a little hesitant using them but these guys completely changed my outlook on this.
